2. Nuron TV-

   We require the users to register with us in order to watch the channels. For this, we collect the personal information of our users. Examples of this include Name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. If you do not provide the required information you may not be able to access the features, we provide. We also collect information other than your personal information such as your IP address. Such information is not associated with your personal information and cannot be linked to you personally. We may use IP address and relevant information to analyse trends, audience measurement, administer the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Nuron Networks is the sole owner of the information collected on the site. We will not sell, share, or rent any information of the users.

   Nuron Networks does not disclose your personal information to any third party without first receiving your permission. By registering on our website, however, you grant permission for your personal information to be shared and/or used as stated in this privacy policy. We may need to disclose information when required by law. We use your personal information to improve our service and your experience on our sites and provide our users with new offers, products and services.    oneEight™ and its authorized third parties will collect information pertaining to your identity, demographics, and related evidentiary documentation.

   oneEight™ may at its discretion employ, contract or include third external to itself for strategic, tactical and operational purposes. Such agencies though external to oneEight™, will always be entities which are covered by non-disclosure agreements.

   We may also share your personal information with Government agencies or other authorized law enforcement agencies (LEAs) mandated under law to obtain such information for the purpose of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including but not limited to cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences.

   By using our NURON TV, it is understood that you have given your consent to the collection and use of this information by Nuron Networks and its partners and affiliates. From time to time, we may change our methods of collecting information and modify our privacy policy. We will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

5. Abuse Policy * Unlimited Plan-

   The unlimited benefit is proposed only for residential and non-commercial use, and not for any commercial, distinct or enterprise purposes. Nuron reserves the right to withdraw the plan benefits of data use for such consumer without giving any prior notice to avoid abuse of Unlimited Plan* Data benefits. In view of the regulatory compliances and also, to provide optimum service to the consumers and protect their interests, the speed of data post-consumption of unlimited* data within an opted recharge cycle shall be reduced to pre-disclosed speeds. 

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy-

   The Company may update this policy and display the same in their website without notice to you and such posting will be deemed to have been read by you.
